Sauna bathing in the steam bath cleanses the body of toxins, moisturizes and smooths the skin, and inhales the respiratory tract. It also has rejuvenating and beautifying effects with the effect of natural body renewal. The completion of the session is relaxation in an atmospheric room with two-hundred-year-old brick vaults directly adjoining our bath.

Finnish sauna with iodotherapy

Here, surrounded by historic vaulting, you can enjoy an exclusive Finnish sauna made of thermo aspen and enriched with salt bricks. The microelements released from the salt under high temperature have an extremely beneficial effect on our body. The soft diffused light penetrating through the salt bricks gives the sauna interior a uniquely relaxing atmosphere for the senses. The session is completed by relaxation with music therapy in an atmospheric relaxation room directly adjacent to the sauna.
