- This Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the website Rezydencja Grawert Boutique Hotel & SPA (hereinafter: Service)
- The administrator of personal data contained in the Service is REZYDENCJA GRAWERT JANUSZ MIROSŁAW OLSZEWSKI, Lądek Zdrój 57-540, Lipowa 4, registered under the business register number NIP: 5931893385 (hereinafter: ADO).
- In order to ensure the safety of entrusted personal data, ADO operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, compliant with the relevant legal acts on personal data protection, in particular with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
- ADO exercises particular care to protect the interests of the persons whose data are concerned, and especially ensures that personal data are:
- processed lawfully,
- collected for specified, legal purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes,
- factually accurate and adequate with respect to the purposes for which they are processed,
- stored in a form that allows identification of the persons concerned no longer than necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
- ADO performs the function of obtaining information about users and their behaviors through voluntary entry of information in forms, for the purposes of:
- responding to users' inquiries sent via the contact form based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR,
- accepting reservations using the online booking system based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
- providing services offered by ADO based on Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR,
- marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address if the Client has consented by checking the appropriate box during the booking process based on Article 6(1)(a) of GDPR. Consent to process data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be revoked by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to ADO's email,
- realization of ADO's legitimate interest in special cases based on Article 6(1)(f) of GDPR, e.g., debt collection,
- On the first visit to the website Rezydencja Grawert Boutique Hotel & SPA the user is informed about the use of cookies. By staying on the site, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change browser settings by the user is equivalent to consenting to the use of cookies.

The right to data portability does not apply, as no standard for data exchange between hotel facilities has been established.

- ADO reserves the right to amend the Service's privacy policy due to technological development, potential changes in data protection laws, and Service development. All changes will be communicated to users in a clear and understandable manner.
